Frequently Asked Questions
To reserve your date you must request the next steps and complete them within 14 days of your request. The next steps are as follows:
1. Sign your customized contract. Menu adjustments can still be made up to 30 days prior to your event
2. Remit a A $500.00 non-refundable deposit. If your event is closer than 6 months away, 50% of your estimated total costs will also be due upon signing.
3. Upload a form of payment to your client portal*red denotes edits
We collect a $500.00 nonrefundable deposit to reserve your date. This is deducted from your total amount owed.
6 Months prior, we collect 50% of the remaining estimated charges.
1 Month prior we finalize your menu offerings
7 days prior we finalize all quantities and attendees
10 Days prior, the full remaining balance is owed.
Can I Pay With A Credit Card Or Debit Card?
Absolutely! We also accept credit card and debit card payments. Debit cards do not have any additional fees. Credit cards have a 3.9% surcharge.

Is There A Minimum Purchase Required?
Peak Season (May – November): We have a $1,500 minimum food and beverage purchase order required for each event.
Off Season (December – April): We have a $850.00 minimum food and beverage purchase order required for each event.
Are Staffing Charges Included In The Menu Pricing?
No. We charge separately for staffing as we also offer delivery only events which do not require staffing charges.
For Delivery only events, there are additional service and delivery charges that apply.
Is The Tip Included In The Menu Pricing?
No. Gratuity is not included into the menu pricing.
A 25% Service Charge is added to all proposals, quotes, and invoices, which serves as gratuity for the kitchen and wait staff.
Bartending gratuity is not included in the 25% Service Charge and is additionally charged on all proposals, quotes and invoices.

We provide all styles of service.
Do You Offer An Event Space For Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Welcome Parties And Other Events?
Yes! The Historic Bristlecone Inn is our own private venue. We are the perfect location for cozy and intimate events, nestled in downtown Estes Park, Colorado. We can comfortably seat parties of 50-60. We have additional options for larger groups.
