We hired Jubilations in May 2024 for our Estes Park wedding. The team did a great job navigating guest allergies, which was very important to us. Kathy and Dawn were an absolute pleasure to work with! The team helped us get creative with ordering to meet the minimum spend limit. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat! Thank you Jubilations team! Jubilations did a great job with our wedding catering. They were super communicative. Kathy and Dawn did an amazing job of handling our guests dietary restrictions. We got a ton of compliments on our food. The team even packed up extra meals for us the night of the wedding, and helped us celebrate one of the guests birthdays with a candle in their cake. We used Jubilations to cater our wedding brunch and was blown away with the quality of food and customer service. First off, our communication with Jubilations was easy and organized. Second, the quality of food is beyond! We had guests call us to talk about the bacon after the event was over. One of our guests took dozens of chocolate strawberries home with them and we reheated a Jubilations brie wheel the next day just to have Jubilations again. The event was so relaxed and the staff were personable. They even made my bride and I a huge takeaway box with all our favorite desserts like tiramisu and cheesecake. We had our rehearsal dinner/welcome party on Friday evening & a brunch wedding on Saturday afternoon here during peak season just last weekend and we were so impressed! They were super flexible with the menu options, decorations and overall layout of the event. They were constantly checking on us during the event and taking care of the small details so we could enjoy our time with family and friends. We didn't even need to bring that much decor because the venue itself is beautiful already. They let us use their speaker, yard games and even started a fire for us! Kathy and Dawn were communicative and friendly while meeting with us to plan the event. Ashley was phenomenal during the day-of -- even giving my dog a water bowl! Sandy was the kindest head catering staff -- absolutely loved her, and Oleg went above and beyond in the kitchen. The guests and us could not stop raving about the food -- especially the elk sausage, meatballs and tiramisu. The food was a hit with all of our guests, and I’m so grateful for the care and attention they gave to every detail. The servers on our day were so attentive and we truly bonded with all of them. We had a full plate of food and drinks in our hands at all times. I wanna take a moment and give a round of applause to a few ladies whom worked our venue @SkyView (FRV). These 3 ladies went above and beyond. Captain- Stephanie Kline, Meg Winslow, Ilan Reynar!!! Thank you for being a phenomenal crew! You 3 are absolute all stars in my book. Any catering company that comes through our kitchen and leaves it better than what they found, automatically deserves five stars. That's not all though... They were eager to help in any way possible. Their attitudes STAYED positive throughout the whole event. I absolutely love this vendor and would HIGHLY recommend!!! I would highly recommend this catering company to anyone in Estes park that is organizing an event. We held a luncheon at our church for 50 people and there were only a few pieces of dessert left. When you are serving ages 3 to 73 with varying taste buds and the food is all gone and people are going back for seconds and thirds you know the food speaks for itself. I would highly recommend the Swedish meatballs, baked brie and the elk sausage. The tiramisu and chocolate covered strawberries were also a big hit! They were so lovely to work with, communicating clearly and promptly, arriving exactly on time to help set up our space in such a lovely way. Fantastic service, wonderful food, all-around great experience!! Jubilations catered our rehearsal dinner the night before our wedding at a rental house. They were incredibly easy to plan with, their menu was broad and varied and delicious, and communication and follow-up was all very easy! We worked with Kathy and Dawn during the planning process, and they were both great. When we had a last-minute crisis regarding our rental house and had to change locations, Dawn was absolutely amazing in accommodating us and assisting to make sure everything could still go on as planned, including by bringing tables, chairs, and linens. During what was already a very stressful time, the entire team went above and beyond to make sure the rehearsal dinner was perfect! The night of the dinner, Josh was terrific – punctual, professional, and personable. He too went above and beyond to make sure no detail was left unaddressed. The food was excellent, service was great, and we are so happy we decided to book with them! Would recommend to anyone.
