The Jubilations Catering – Event Request Chrome Extension (“the Extension”) is provided by Jubilations Catering, a Colorado-based catering company.
This Extension allows users to quickly submit an event request through the official Jubilations Catering Tripleseat form or, if preferred, generate a pre-filled email to info@jubilationscatering.com.
We value your privacy. This policy explains what data we handle, how we use it, and your control over it.
2. Information Collected
The Extension does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with Jubilations Catering or any third party.
All data you enter stays within your local browser session or your own Tripleseat submission/email.
Specifically:
- User-entered data such as name, email, phone, company, guest count, event date, and notes are used solely to populate the event request form or an email draft.
- Saved defaults (e.g., name, email, phone) are optionally stored in Chrome’s
chrome.storage.sync, which is managed by Google and synchronized across your signed-in Chrome devices.
3. Data Usage
Your information is used only to:
- Auto-fill the official Tripleseat form at
https://jubilationscatering.tripleseat.com/party_request/41280, or - Draft an email message to info@jubilationscatering.com.
No information is sent to any external servers, analytics tools, or advertising systems.
4. Data Sharing
We do not:
- Share or sell any information to third parties.
- Transmit data to Jubilations Catering servers (unless you submit the Tripleseat form, which is governed by Tripleseat’s own privacy policy).
- Collect browsing history, site content, or background activity of any kind.
5. Data Retention and Control
- The Extension does not maintain or sync any data beyond what Chrome Sync optionally stores for convenience.
- You can clear this data anytime by removing the Extension or by visiting
chrome://settings/siteData→ Clear hosted app data. - Once removed, all stored preferences are deleted permanently.

7. Cookies and Tracking
The Extension itself does not use cookies or tracking technologies.
Any cookies encountered are created by Tripleseat when you visit their event-request page and are subject to Tripleseat’s privacy policy.
8. Security
- All data transmissions occur over HTTPS.
- No data is transmitted to Jubilations Catering except via the user’s intentional submission of the Tripleseat form or their own email client.
- We maintain the minimum permissions possible to perform the auto-fill task.
9. Third-Party Services
The Extension integrates with Tripleseat only by opening their hosted event-request form.

10. Children’s Privacy
This Extension is intended for adult use (event and catering coordinators).
It does not target or knowingly collect information from children under 13.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time.
